  • How do I place an order?
    You may place an order online through our website or by direct message on our Instagram, @shoplittleroro
  • How do I use a promo code?
    Occasionally, we send our customers special coupons to be used online. These are shared on our Instagram page, @shoplittleroro. To redeem these codes, enter them in the "discount code" box at the checkout page & click "apply."
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. We also accept Venmo via our Instagram, @shoplittleroro - just direct message us.
  • My order is a gift, can I leave a note?
    Yes! You will have an option in your basket, prior to check out. Simply click "This is a gift" & add your text in the box. We will make sure no prices are shown in your order.
  • May I place an order if I reside outside of the US?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the US at this time.
  • For silicone teethers & pacifier clips
    These items are naturally anti-microbial & should not be sterilized. We recommend washing them with warm soapy water. Discard or discontinue use at the first sign of wear or damage.
  • For wooden items
    Please do not submerge in water - use a damp cloth & mild dish soap to clean. If your wooden accessories dull over time, you can rub a 50/50 mixture of organic beeswax or coconut oil over the surface. Let mixture sit for a couple hours to allow absorption & wipe off excess. Discard or discontinue use at the first sign of wear or damage.
  • For embroidered knit sweaters
    Hand wash or place in delicates bag on cold. Lay flat to dry.
  • How can I make a return?
    We hope you love your items, but we understand that things do not always work out. We are happy to accept returns for items purchased on our website (excluding "made to order" items) within 14 days from the date of purchase. A flat fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund original shipping fees. Once the items are received & processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be credited back to your account. We cannot offer returns on "made to order" items such as personalized pacifier clips, embroidered sweaters, or any handmade macrame items. If you would like to move forward with your return, please email us at shoplittleroro@gmail.com or use the contact form on the site. Please include your order number & which items you are looking to return.
  • How can I make an exchange?
    Unfortunately, due the nature of our products and purpose of use, we do not offer exchanges.
  • Can I return select items from my gift bundle?
    We are unable to process the return without all of the original items in the gift bundle.
